Import & Export Services
VGEE provides end-to-end import and export support for industrial goods and engineered equipment, supporting projects across multiple sectors. We organise the sourcing and movement of materials from India, the Middle East, and China, ensuring that all supplied goods meet technical, quality, and compliance requirements before reaching site.
Our role covers the complete coordination chain from manufacturer engagement and technical verification through to logistics coordination and delivery to the project location helping clients reduce procurement risk, delays, and compliance issues.
VGEE supports clients by:
- Organising goods directly from manufacturers and approved suppliers
- Reviewing and verifying technical datasheets, drawings, and specifications
- Checking material compliance against applicable standards and project requirements
- Verifying test certificates, inspection records, and quality documentation
- Coordinating packaging, dispatch, and transport from factory to site
- Liaising with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and project teams
- Supporting clarifications during customs and inspection stages (technical support)
